ORDERS & PAYMENTS

 

Orders

Orders are placed at the time of payment. Orders can be placed on-line or in person. Once an order has been processed it can take anywhere from 6-24 hours to receive the casket. Caskets are delivered to the location of your choice. Our staff will contact with you once the casket has left our warehouse so you know where your casket is at all times. We will notify you once the casket has arrived to the funeral home or when to expect the casket to arrive at your residence. Someone must be present to accept the casket and sign off that the casket is received in good condition. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed. If you would like to change the style of the casket, you may do that with a 10% restocking fee of the original casket. All sales are final.
