What if the funeral home refuses to accept a casket not purchased from them?
Federal Law mandates funeral homes must accept caskets from outher resourses. Click here for detailed information.
How quickly can you deliver a casket once I have placed my order?
We can usually get a casket to you within a 12-24 hour period.
What is the basic procedure to buy a casket from you?
Call us or sent us an email and we will come to you in person and review our caskets and services. We deliver the purchased casket to the funeral home or crematory of your choice. Or, if you prefer, you can purchase a casket directly from this website.
What payment types do you accept?
Master Card, Visa or Discover, Bank Wire, Western Union, Paypal and cash.
How is the casket protected from damage in shipping?
The casket is inspected in our warehouse. Once the casket is delivered to the funeral home or location of your choice, a signature is required from the receiver verifying that the casket arrived in good condition.There are no additional fees.
Do you have a selection of inter-changeable head panels?
Yes. The head panels fit into the inside top to cover the existing head panel and is included in the price of the casket.
What is the difference between a half couch and full couch casket?
A half couch casket features two sections that independently open. During a viewing or visitation, typically one section is opened up to display the upper part of the body. A full couch casket features a one-piece top that opens to display the full length of the body.
Are sales taxes applicable?
Like funeral homes, we must charge applicable sales taxes - 7% for SC residents. Non-residents are not charged SC sales tax.
What is an oversized casket?
Standard caskets are 23.5" wide and 79" long which can hold a 6' tall body weighing up to 240 lbs. Our oversized caskets are 27.5" wide inside. and 84" long.
What is the memory tube?
All of our caskets come with a memory tube, a small glass container that is secured inside the casket and contains identification.
Do you have wood caskets?
Yes, all of our wood caskets are solid wood
Will your regular sized and oversized caskets fit a standard sized vault?
Yes, all our caskets will fit.
What is included with a casket purchase?
Pillow, bedding, lining, memory tube and hardware.
What is the difference between 18-gauge and 20-gauge steel caskets?
18-gauge steel is about 30% thicker than the 20- gauge caskets. Our 18-gauge caskets weigh 140 pounds and our 20-gauge caskets weigh 130 pounds.
What if we are pre-planning for a loved one in hospital or hospice?
The funeral home is required to accept a casket only if someone has already died. They are not required to store the casket. Families who pre-planning make individual arrangements to store the casket.

We are available to speak with you seven (7) days a week. Please call any time between 7am-10pm EST, 365 days a year.
